Terms and Conditions – Ramset™ Back to Work Redemption Program
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
1.2 Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.

1.4 The Offer is valid in all Australian States and Territories, and New Zealand.
2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
2.1 Claims are only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Resellers or commercial entities are not eligible to participate.
2.2 Directors, officers, management, employees, and other staff (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, or agencies associated with this Offer are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Offer PERIOD
3.1 The Offer commences at 12:01 AM AEDT on 1st February 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31st March 2025 (“Purchase Period”).
3.2 Claims to redeem the reward will open at 12:01 AM AEDT on 1st February 2025 and close at 11:59 PM AEST on 14th April 2025, or once the first 500 Ramset™ Camping Chairs and 500 Premium Hole Cleaning Kits have been claimed, whichever occurs first (“Claim Period”).
3.3 Claims for purchases made outside the Claim Period will not be accepted.
4. PARTICIPATING STORES
4.1 A participating store is any in-store Ramset™ stockist located in Australia or New Zealand that stocks the Qualifying Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the Offer during the Purchase Period (“Participating Store”).
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.1 To be eligible to claim, individuals must:
- Purchase a Qualifying Product (defined below), during the Purchase Period, from a Participating Store. In the event a purchase receipt is not automatically handed to them, it is the claimant’s responsibility to request one.
- Visit [INSERT URL], input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, postal address, phone number, valid email address and date of birth);
- Upload their proof of purchase and submit the fully completed claim form during the Claim Period.
5.2 Qualifying Products include:
- FrameBoss™ XPM;
- Carton (16) x ChemSet™ 101 600ml (C101S); and; and;
- Carton (16) x ChemSet™ 801 XTREM™ XC² 600ml (C801X600); (each a “Qualifying Product”).
5.3 Claimants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt or invoice for all claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for a claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of their claim and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to claiming.
5.4 Only one (1) claim permitted per person.
5.5 Offer is strictly limited to the first Offer is strictly limited to the first 500 valid claims for a Ramset™ Camping Chair and the first 500 valid claims for a Premium Hole Cleaning Kit.
5.6 Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
6. REWARDS
6.1 The first [INSERT AMOUNT] valid claims received will each be awarded one (1) of the following rewards, depending on the Qualifying Product purchased:
- If a claimant purchases a FrameBoss™ XPM, they will be awarded one (1) Ramset™ Camping Chair; and
- If a claimant purchases a Carton (16) x ChemSet™ 101 600ml (C101S) or a Carton (16) x ChemSet™ 801 XTREM™ XC² 600ml (C801X600), they will be awarded one (1) Premium Hole Cleaning Kit.
6.2 If for any reason a claimant does not take a reward by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward will be forfeited.
6.3 If any reward is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
6.4 Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
6.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Rewards will be delivered via standard post. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the participant.
7.2 Rewards cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Claimants are responsible for providing a valid residential or business address for delivery of their reward(s).
8. PROMOTER’S RIGHTS
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the redemption process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
8.2 If the Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, fraud, natural disasters, pandemics or supply chain disruptions, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, a) to disqualify any claimant; or b) to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer, as appropriate.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
9.2 Any cost associated with accessing the claim website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
9.3 The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
9.4 Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Offer.
10.2 Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
- technical difficulties or malfunctions beyond its control;
- any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- late, lost, or misdirected entries or delivery issues.
- Any tax implications arising from participation in the Offer; and
- any variation in Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The Promoter’s liability is limited to providing the reward in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. PRIVACY
11.1 The Promoter may collect personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and reward suppliers, to Australian or New Zealand regulatory authorities. Participation in this Offer is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at [INSERT URL]. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how these individuals may complain about a breach of the Australian and New Zealand Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
