Ramset Powers Progress on the North East Link Tunnels

The North East Link is one of the largest and most significant infrastructure projects in Victoria’s history, and Ramset™ is proud to be a trusted supplier helping bring it to life.

As part of this transformational project, Ramset has supplied ChemSet™ Reo 502™ PLUS heavy duty pure epoxy chemical adhesive and Ramset D3™ Dustless Extraction Drill Bits to the Spark North East Link D&C team for the anchoring of smoke duct corbels into the tunnel segments of the North East Link tunnels.

This highly engineered and safety critical application involves the installation of N24 rebar with chemical adhesive into approximately 20 lineal kilometres of TBM tunnel segments. With strict project specifications and long term durability requirements, the solution demanded a high performance product that could deliver safety, consistency, and on site efficiency.
