Hole Condition and Orientation
  
Installation Instructions
1. Drill hole to required diameter and depth with carbide drill bit
2. ESSENTIAL: Clean holes with brush and blower
3. Remove debris with hole cleaning pump or compressed air (4 pumps)
4. With a twisting / rotating motion, insert brush to the bottom of the hole and remove (3 brushes)
5. Repeat steps 4 & 5 then finish with 4 pumps of hole blower or compressed air
6. If holes are wet or flooded, clean hole with brush and rinse hole with clean water
7. Unscrew cap on ULTRAFIX PLUS cartridge and cut bag under metal clip, then fit mixing nozzle (supplied)
8. Load cartridge into applicator (CAGU300) and dispense 2-3 trigger pulls of adhesive to waste until a uniform grey colour is achieved.
9. Insert nozzle to bottom of hole and dispense adhesive, withdrawing nozzle gradually without creating air voids.
10. When hole is 2/3 to ¾ full, stop dispensing and release catch plate at rear of caulking gun to release pressure
11. Insert threaded stud or rebar by hand using a twisting / rotating motion to release and trapped air
12. Allow adhesive to cure for the time specified in table below
13. When cured, tighten nut and apply torque
